Boiling dry, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, bubbling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operation console. Due to the different nature of dry materials, it is equipped with dust removal equipment. It can be considered as needed. At the same time, cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected at the same time. One of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for example, the granules and the granules are dry, and only the cyclone separator and the lighter weight small particles are selected. The shape and powder materials need to be equipped with a bag filter, and a pneumatic feeding device and a belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower to contact the solid material through the distribution plate to form a heat exchange of fluidization to achieve gas-solidity. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the bubbling bed through the cyclone dust collector group and the bag filter to recover the solid powder and then emptied.
Steam, electricity, hot air stoves can be used (according to user requirements).
working principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Since the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, and after boiling for several tens of seconds to several minutes, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
Adaptable material
◎ Drying of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and feed. Such as: raw material medicine, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powder materials dry and dehumidification. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1 to 6 mm, and the recommended particle size is 0.5 to 3 mm.

Installation Notes
◎All equipment should be placed flat and fixed with foot screws, and the parts are well sealed.
◎The fan can be placed outdoors or in the self-built silencer room. The floor plan can be adjusted as appropriate.
